User accounts cannot be transferred to another party.

Buying Process
To purchase skins on our website, follow these steps:
- Log in to SKINHUB2DOTA with your Steam account.
- Top up your wallet on the website using your bank card.
- Browse and select the desired skins.
- Check out with the selected skins.
- Receive an email with a Steam friend request.
- Add the user to your Steam friends.
- In 15 days, the user will trade the ordered skins with you.
Wallet
Account Balance Top up:
- Users must maintain a wallet balance on SKINHUB2DOTA to purchase skins
- Wallet balance can be topped up using a debit or credit card issued by MasterCard and VISA networks
- Top up can be initiated in EUR, USD, GBP as well as AUD, CAD and AZN currencies
Refunds and Returns
You can return purchased skins within 15 days of receiving them on your Steam account for the following reasons:
- The skins are not as described.
- The skins were not delivered.
To return skins, contact us and provide the reason for your return. We will then give you instructions on how to return the skins. We will refund the purchase price to your wallet once we have received and inspected your refund application and the returned skins.
Company’s Right to Refuse Sale
We may refuse to sell skins to you for the following reasons:
- The skins are out of stock.
- You have requested a refund.
- You have not added us as a Steam friend after we requested via email.
- The trade cannot be completed for other reasons.
Funds in Wallet
The funds in your wallet can remain there for future purchases or refunded to your card upon request.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and us regarding our website. Any prior or simultaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, are replaced by these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
