DELIVERY POLICY

At NEXUSREALMZ LTD, registered under company number 15264954 and located at Intershore Suite, Room 403, Dowgate Hill Gate, London, United Kingdom, EC4R 2SU (referred to as the “Company”, “We”, “Us”), we currently offer a single delivery method: online digital transfer to your Steam account.

After placing your order, you will receive an official email from us at the address you provided. This email will contain details about your purchase from https://www.skinhub2dota.com/. It is recommended to provide your Steam trade-link upon registration to facilitate item exchange process. If you choose not to provide the link, or provide an incorrect link, it may lead to a delayed delivery of your purchased items. Exchanging items on Steam is possible only via trade link, or between users in your "friend" list. If no link or an incorrect link is provided, you will receive a friend request from us instead. 

Item delivery may take up to 15 business days. If the item does not appear in your account within this timeframe, please contact our support team via email and follow our refund and return policy.

The digital product is considered delivered once it has been transferred to your specified Steam account and appears in your DOTA inventory.
